Evel Knievel Days




The Montana Folk Festival

The Montana Folk Festival was July 11-13th this year.  6 separate stages throughout the uptown area~a variety of musicians, delicious food, great artwork and a children's area for arts & education. 





























The 3rd Of July


We start celebrating Independence Day on July 3rd ~and continue on the 4th with a parade.  Many of the area resident's go to the St. James lawn to watch the fireworks over the M and meet-up with friends and family that are visiting for the holiday and for class reunions.

Planting Trees in Butte, Montana

Trees!

50 Ash trees were planted around Butte on May 22nd, 2014.  The Urban
Forestry Board, MSU Extension Office and a nice turn-out of volunteers 
planted throughout the day ~in the flats and Uptown.
